- Roof replacement, foundation repair and structural changes to load-bearing walls
- Mold testing or mold remediation
- Work that needs a trade license we don't hold. If a repair turns out to need a licensed plumber or electrician, we'll tell you before any work starts.

A handyman who looks for the cause before patching
If there's a water stain on your ceiling, painting over it doesn't fix anything. Josh looks for why the drywall cracked or the trim pulled away before he patches it, and he'll tell you if the real fix is bigger than what you called about.
